Packers Hall Of Fame Welcomes Two New Members

Two former Green Bay football players earned a place in the Green Bay Packers Hall Of Fame

Former Green Bay Packers stars Charles Woodson and A.J. Hawk earned a spot in the Packers Hall of Fame after being selected by the team's selection committee, the Packers announced on Saturday.

Charles Woodson

Woodson, a standout cornerback and return specialist, played for the Packers from 2006 to 2012. He was a key member of the Packers' Super Bowl XLV championship team and was named NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 2009.

Over his seven seasons in Green Bay, Woodson recorded 38 interceptions and seven defensive touchdowns.

Woodson was also a Pro Bowl selection four times during his time with the Packers.

A.J. Hawk

Hawk, a linebacker, played for the Packers from 2006 to 2014. He was a key member of the Packers' Super Bowl XLV championship team and was named to the Pro Bowl three times.

Over his nine seasons in Green Bay, Hawk recorded 912 tackles, 17.5 sacks, nine interceptions, and 11 forced fumbles.

Woodson and Hawk will be formally inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame in a ceremony on July 22.
